Thank you to everyone who donated and supported the kids during the 2019 Viking Fun Run & Walk.  The event was a huge success!

2nd Annual Valle Verde Viking Fun Run & Walk

The 2nd Annual Valle Verde Viking Fun Run & Walk will take place on Friday, September 27th at 8:30 AM-12:15 PM.  During this fun-filled event students will learn about the importance of physical activity, as well as set individual Fun Run/Walk goals. Students can raise funds by getting individual sponsors, which are flat donations (tax-deductible), not per lap. TK-3rd Grade Fun Run proceeds go to the PTA General Fund. 4th and 5th Grade proceeds go toward their respective 5th Grade Activity Fund.

Proceeds to Valle Verde PTA’s General Fund supports Instructional Aides, our Reading Specialist, Physical Education Instructor, Crossing Guard and art, technology and STEAM programs.  

Individual and class prizes will be awarded for Most Donations Collected, Class with Most Spirit, and Class with Most Laps!
